~ We invite our guests to take advantage of the balconies for  smoking. There is an automatic $250.00 clean-up fee added to your  bill for smoking in any rooms that are designated as non-smoking.

 ~ Please note there are a maximum number of people allowed in each room   based on the number of beds in the room.(2 per bed). Each additional person in the room will be charged $25.00

 ~ NO PETS ALLOWED. There is an automatic $250.00 clean-up fee for pets brought surreptitiously in the Hotel.
